Elmo is a favorite among two-year-olds, and it seems that Malti Marie, the daughter of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, is among them. For their daughter’s second birthday, the couple planned an Elmo-themed party that was the stuff of toddler fantasies.
A carousel of images from the celebration was shared by Jonas on Instagram, where the first image featured the birthday girl decked out in glittering pink tiara, heart-shaped sunglasses, and friendship bracelets. “Our little angel turns two today ,” he captioned the photo.
Additional pictures display the young child embracing a real Elmo puppet while in front of a huge cardboard sign that reads “Malti’s World.” While Chopra wore a bright orange hoodie and matching sunglasses, which is fitting for a muppet, Jonas dressed in red to fit the Elmo theme for the birthday celebration. Joe and Franklin, Jonas’s two brothers, were also present to commemorate Malti’s second year on the planet.
Although Nick Jonas doesn’t share many photos of himself with his kid, it is clear that he is a loving father. Priyanka Chopra paid a heartfelt homage to her spouse on Father’s Day on Instagram, writing, “He is your biggest champion. When you win, he will yell the loudest in the room. You shall stand on the wisdom of his shoulders. He will be heartbroken by your cries. He won’t ever let you see how hurt he is. Your joy is his joy. He goes by dada, dad, papa, or whatever you refer to them by. “I love you @nickjonas, thank you for being ours,” she continued. MM and I are truly fortunate.
