A major surprise was revealed by Gal Gadot when she revealed the arrival of her and her husband Jaron Varsano’s fourth child.
The Wonder Woman actress, 38, wrote on Instagram on Wednesday, March 6,“My sweet girl, welcome. The pregnancy was not easy and we made it through,” The photo was taken in a hospital, where she was cuddling her baby daughter. “You have brought so much light into our lives, living up to your name, Ori, which means ‘my light’ in Hebrew. Our hearts are full of gratitude.”
After welcoming her kid into her family’s “house of girls,” Gadot continued, saying, “Daddy is pretty cool too 😉❤️.” The 49-year-old Gadot and Varsano also have kids named Alma, 12, Maya, 6, and Daniella, 2.
Fans were taken aback by Gadot’s pregnancy announcement because she had not made her pregnancy public. In the post’s comments, an Instagram user commented, “Everyone knows that the only thing superior to Wonder Woman is Mother Woman 😇,” while another said, ““Mazal tov!! I’m sure she’s beautiful like her mama!!”
In a January 2022 interview with InStyle, the Israel native gushed about her job as a mother, saying, “I started young, I was 25 when I was pregnant with Alma. I always wanted to be a young mother. Yeah, three kids. No joke, woman. God bless them but it’s so much work.”
Gadot continued by saying that, if she could, she “would do it once a week because she enjoyed labor so much.” “It’s so magical. And I always take epidurals, to be fair, so it’s not so painful. Just the moment you feel like you’re creating life, it’s incredible. But the pregnancies are hard for me — I feel sick and have migraines. I’m not in my element.”
As for his wife, Varsano told the publication that she “keep a very balanced family life and work [life],” adding that “Everything is just smooth. That’s a very impressive thing, to juggle everything at the same time and stay normal.”
Over the years, Gadot has provided fans with insights into her family’s daily lives on social media. May 20, 22: “We took a little family vacation before the next adventure 🌳☀️❤️,” she captioned a family photo slideshow on Instagram. “Just the five of us, some good food and a whole lot of nature. Now I’m more than ready to jump into a new exciting project.”
In an Instagram homage to Varsano on June 20, 2023, she posted further pictures of her children. One of the images showed the couple hiking with their youngest two daughters, Alma riding on Varsano’s back. “I’m lucky to have @jaronvarsano as the aba to my daughters. I couldn’t ask for a better role model, fun and funny dad for them,” she wrote at the time. “We love you baby, you’re our rock. Our compass and our heart ♥️.”
Film projects starring Gadot are in the works. She will play Cleopatra in a movie about the Egyptian queen, and she co-stars with Rachel Zegler as the Evil Queen in Disney’s upcoming live-action Snow White.
