Yosolym García is a force to be reckoned with in the world of modeling and acting. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in Venezuela, García made her way to Panama City at a young age to pursue her passion for modeling and acting. Today, it has become her profession and way of life.
In 2019, García decided to venture to the United States to continue her career in the world of modeling and acting. Since then, she has had the opportunity to develop her skills and make herself known in the industry. She has walked the catwalks of fashion weeks in Miami and New York as a model, worked on big commercials for major brands, and acted in series for Warner Brothers and Telemundo.
Last year, García had the opportunity to represent the city of Miami in the Miss Continental Europe contest held in Italy’s city of Napoli, where she was a 4th place finalist.
Currently, García is participating in the project of an independent producer of the best women film.
García is grateful to the United States for opening its doors to her and adopting her as a Latina with the opportunity to make her talent known and share her message that everyone can work for their dreams. She recently won the Orgullo Migrante Award on March 19, 2023, for her talent as a model, nominated by Radio International Chicago 112.3 FM.
Outside of work, García enjoys practicing yoga, Pilates, and meditation to connect with her body. She also plays golf as a way to relax her mind.
García continues to work hard every day to reach great roles in Hollywood, and her advice to the world is to dream big and work hard to make those dreams a reality. As she says, it is not enough to have the intention; it must be accompanied by action.
