Growing up in multicultural areas of East London and Essex raised Dexter into a young man who was resilient and curious about the world and people. Later in life, he decided to get a Psychology degree, and now he has over 10 years of experience in various professional roles including Pastoral School Support, Family Intervention and Key-working, Project Management, Consultancy and Career Development.
In his life, Dexter did struggle to adjust to a new environment, a new culture, and a different way of life. He was feeling stuck, but therapy made him realize that he was experiencing anxiety, moderate depression, and panic attacks.
